Katy Fischgrabe, a Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. Scholar
Katy Fischgrabe, a 2006 PCHS graduate, is one of the 36 current recipients of the $6700 renewable Robert J. Trulaske,Sr. scholarship to the business school at the University of Missouri. Katy received the scholarship upon graduation from Putnam County R-I Schools. She is currently a junior at MU majoring in Marketing and planning on continuing with an MBA degree. Katy works with the Big Brother/Big Sister organization in Columbia.
The business school at the University of Missouri, previously known as the Cornell College of Business, was recently named the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business in recognition of a series of generous gifts from the Trulaske family. Mr. Trulaske was a 1940 graduate of the business school. The recent name change of the business school is featured in the November, 2007 issue of Ingram’s, a magazine covering the business community of greater Kansas City. A picture of the current Trulaske Scholars is featured in the magazine article.
